What Is the Notice of Admission?

The Notice of Admission is an official document released by the Professional Regulation Commission confirming that your board exam application has been approved. It contains your:

  • Full name as registered with PRC
  • Exam date and testing center assignment
  • Room number and seat number
  • A barcode or reference number used by proctors on exam day
  • Think of it as your official ticket to the exam. No NOA means no entry.

When Is the NOA Available for Download?

PRC releases Notices of Admission a few days to a week before the scheduled exam date. It does not become available the moment your application is approved. You have to wait for PRC to officially release it for your specific exam cycle.

A common mistake is applying successfully and then assuming the NOA is immediately downloadable. It is not. PRC releases it on a set date closer to the exam. Follow the official PRC Facebook page and check your email for the announcement.

Once PRC releases the NOA batch for your exam cycle, you can download it anytime through your LERIS account.

Step by Step: How to Download Your NOA

Step 1: Go to the PRC LERIS Portal

Open your browser and go to online.prc.gov.ph. This is the only official portal where your NOA is available. Do not download from any other website, Facebook post, or third-party link.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Enter the email address and password you used when you created your LERIS account. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it via your registered email.

Step 3: Find the Notice of Admission Section

Once logged in, look for the "Notice of Admission" option in your dashboard menu. It may also appear under "Examination Services" or your application history depending on which version of the LERIS interface is active.

If you do not see it yet, the NOA for your cycle has not been released yet. Check back daily as the exam date approaches.

Step 4: Download and Save the PDF

Click the download button next to your NOA. It will save as a PDF file on your device. Save it in a place you can easily find it, such as your desktop or a folder named "Board Exam Documents."

    Step 5: Print It

Your NOA must be a physical printout. It cannot be shown on a phone screen on exam day.

Print it on white bond paper, either A4 or short bond size. Make sure the text is clear and readable. Print at least two copies in case one gets damaged.

NOA Troubleshooting: Common Problems and Fixes

"I cannot see the NOA option in my LERIS dashboard."

This almost always means PRC has not yet released the NOA for your exam cycle. Check the PRC website and official Facebook page for the release announcement. Do not panic, it will appear closer to your exam date.

    "I forgot my LERIS password."

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. PRC will send a reset link to your registered email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

"My NOA shows the wrong name or details."

Contact your nearest PRC regional office immediately. Do not wait until exam day to fix this. Bring your PSA Birth Certificate and valid ID to support your correction request.

    "The PDF will not open."

Make sure you have a PDF reader installed on your device. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and works well. You can also open PDF files using your browser by dragging the file into a Chrome or Edge window.

"My printer is not available right now."

Download the file to your phone or email it to yourself. Print it at a business center, school library, or any printing shop near you. Do this at least 2 to 3 days before your exam so you have time to sort out any issues.

What to Do With Your NOA After Printing

Once printed, take care of it. Do not fold it repeatedly, leave it where it can get wet, or crumple it in your bag. Here are a few practical tips:

Put it inside a clear plastic envelope or folder. This protects it from rain, sweat, and general bag damage on the morning of your exam.

Write your exam venue address on a separate piece of paper and keep it with the NOA so you are not scrambling to look it up on exam day.

Check the details on your NOA carefully when you first print it. Confirm your name, exam date, testing center, and room number are all correct.
